Wittner Model 801MK Solid Wood Metronome - Cherry Stain - Matte Finish - No Bell

A beautiful, precision, pyramid-style, wooden metronome from Wittner. Panels are constructed of solid wood (not veneer or laminate) and given a cherry stain.  

Contrary to popular belief, American Cherry wood is not red (though it's common for Cherry wood furniture to be given a red stain).  If you desire a red tinge, see the Mahogany models 811M and 801M.  The cherry stain used here gives the metronome a dark golden/blonde coloring similar to that of natural American Cherry wood.

Custom Engraving

A Wittner metronome makes a wonderful holiday, graduation, recital, or appreciation gift for a musician or music teacher.  Personalize your gift and make it special with a professionally-engraved custom message on a solid brass commemorative plate.  We use 0.20" thickness, high-qualify, polished, solid brass engraving blanks, 3" x 1" in size.  We permanently and precisely etch your desired message into the brass using a high-powered laser.  The finished engraving is dark brown in color (to match the Wittner seal on the metronome cover) and can be both seen and felt under the fingers.  Finally, we seal the engraving with microcrystalline wax polish, for a long-lasting, beautiful finish.  Adding a personalized commemorative plate will not slow your order - most ship within 1-2 business days.

We will affix your commemorative plate to the front of the metronome, prior to shipping, using a semi-permanent adhesive.  Although the plate is not intended to be removed; it can be, if necessary, without harming the metronome.
