How does the 811M Mahogany model compare?

The Mahogany stain applied to the wooden panels of this metronome give it a slightly red coloring that pairs nicely with a wide variety of brown, blonde, and black pianos and furniture.  It can be a particularly fine match if the room already contains red accents - i.e. red curtains, carpet, or furniture elsewhere in the room.  This model includes the optional bell chime, popular with music teachers.  Available without the chime in the model 801M.

Custom Engraving

A Wittner metronome makes a wonderful holiday, graduation, recital, or appreciation gift for a musician or music teacher.  Personalize your gift and make it special with a professionally-engraved custom message on a solid brass commemorative plate.  We use 0.20" thickness, high-qualify, polished, solid brass engraving blanks, 3" x 1" in size.  We permanently and precisely etch your desired message into the brass using a high-powered laser.  The finished engraving is dark brown in color (to match the Wittner seal on the metronome cover) and can be both seen and felt under the fingers.  Finally, we seal the engraving with microcrystalline wax polish, for a long-lasting, beautiful finish.  Adding a personalized commemorative plate will not slow your order - most ship within 1-2 business days.

We will affix your commemorative plate to the front of the metronome, prior to shipping, using a semi-permanent adhesive.  Although the plate is not intended to be removed; it can be, if necessary, without harming the metronome.
