Shipping policy

Packing & Shipping Times

We pack and send most orders within 1-2 business days. Arrival times vary by order and destination. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, prior to completing your order.  Please note that delivery time estimates are not guaranteed.     

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on most orders that total over $100.00, shipping within the continental USA.  Small packages, such as strings and rosin generally ship by USPS Ground Advantage.  Medium sized packages, such as metronomes, may ship by USPS Ground Advantage or by UPS.  

Shipments containing over-sized items, such as cases or bows, are sent typically sent by UPS or Fedex Ground.  Please provide a physical street address for these items.  Sorry, because USPS charges so much more for oversized packages, we can't send large items to PO boxes.    

Express Shipping

We do not regularly offer express shipping. However, feel free to email info@fisherviolins.com to inquire about upgraded shipping and/or handling options. We'll do our best to assist, where possible.

International Orders

Sorry, we do not ship internationally. We accept orders for shipment within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and to Armed Services addresses. Sorry, we do not ship or accept payment from outside of the United States. And, we do not ship to freight forwarding companies.
