Excellent case! Very prompt customer service!

I was looking for a good quality case for my violin, and found that Bobelock is a good brand, so I contacted Fisher violins. James is so well informed and extremely prompt in communication. He gave me exact options and details along with their pros and cons for me to choose from. The case arrived on time, with excellent shipping conditions. The case is snug fit for violin and is extremely well built! Violin does not move within the case. Velour is very smooth and elegant. It has an outer pouch which can hold small enough things or folded papers. Overall, very good case and extremely helpful communication! Thank you James and JS Fisher team!
