Thanks Jim for you concern about my order.  Good communication, and a great case for my violin and viola. I look forward to shopping again through your site.

Nice and reliable quality May 20, 2016
Reviewer: Martha Walters from Quincy, CA United States
I have used Bobelock cases since I was a kid, and they continue to be a great value for the quality and protection.  The case is heavy and quite large, so not something I want to lug around for long distances, but I really love having both instruments and accessories all in one place now that I am playing violin and viola equally.

Just what I needed July 7, 2015
Reviewer: Sara Irvine from Lancaster, PA United States
I found JS Fisher Violin's website very helpful in selecting the right case. I like the pro's and con's comments on each case. I came to realize that there are 3 basic values of a case. Its, weight, price and durability. Trying to get all three is nearly impossible. Meaning, If you want a cheaper price, you either get a heavier case or a less durable. Or I could have gotten a lighter case and also durable, but it would have been more expensive. Anyway, I realized my highest values were durability and affordable price. The case I bought is around 10 pounds which probably falls in the heavier category, but I don't mind! The double case is VERY durable and a GREAT price! Better price here than other sites. I chose the double case because I play for a lot of weddings and use both my violin and viola in a string quartet. Having one heavier case (10 pounds plus instruments inside) sounds a lot better than 2 (9 pound) cases for each instrument!

Nice Overall February 26, 2015
Reviewer: Anonymous Person
The Bobelock case is nice overall. It's definitely a beast in terms of size and weight, but I knew that, and once you get it on your back it's fine. I'm a little worried about the durability of the backpack attachment points over time, especially because the center d-ring is not screwed into wood, just reinforced with webbing and kind of flops around with the fabric. I've managed to wedge my folding Kun viola shoulder rest between the wall and the viola pegs in a secure way. My non-folding Kun violin rest fits between the other viola pegs and the violin C-bout, but I have it wrapped in a cloth b/c it flops around a bit. I'm still working on that part. Overall it's probably the best case for the job and I'm sure it will hold up for a long time.
