No-Hassle Returns - Within 30 Days

We hope that you will be pleased with your order, but if for any reason you are not, you may return it to us within 30 days for a refund, with the following exceptions:

  • To be eligible for return, merchandise must be in new condition with no scratches, dents, or visible wear. Merchandise must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging. Strings must be unopened. Bows may be returned even if they have been rosined and played, so long as there is no damage to the stick or frog and no visible wear to the hair. In short, all returned items must be in a suitable condition for re-sale.
  • Most returns are eligible for a full refund, less return shipping costs, if applicable. However, a re-stocking fee will be deducted from returns of bows, cases, and items weighing over 1 lb., total shipping weight. This fee is intended to offset our costs in shipping the order to you, via free shipping, and will be waived if you paid for shipping when you placed your order. The fee amount will be equal to our actual cost to pack and send your original order.
  • At your request, we will be happy to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return. However, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund. This deduction is in addition to any re-stocking fee that may apply (see above). Or, you may arrange your own return shipping by the carrier of your choice.
  • We are happy to special order items for you. However, we are unable to accept returns of products that we do not regularly stock. All special order sales are final.

How to Make Your Return

Please contact us by email at, to request a return authorization. You are welcome to return your order (given the conditions mentioned above) for any reason - even if you just changed your mind. Please include your full name (or order number) in the email, as well as a short note letting us know what items you would like to return. You can expect to receive our reply, along with the appropriate return address (and pre-paid return label if requested), within one business day. We will process a refund, less any applicable fees (see above), to the original form of payment, when we receive the returned package.

Merchandise Received as Damaged or Defective

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please accept our apologies, and contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.

Product Warranties

Many of our products carry manufacturer warranties against defects in workmanship. If you're having a problem with something that you purchased from us, please give us a call. We'll be happy to assist you with any warranty claim.
