Service couldn't possibly be any BETTER!!!

I placed an order for this case sometime last winter and was notified that it was back ordered. The broken case I was replacing was still usable so I thought I would wait. I think I received 3 emails though out the summer about the status of my order with apologies and just when I thought I should start thinking about another option, I got an email asking if I was still interested, and Viola, a case showed up a week later. I 'm very pleased with the case but more impressed with J.S. Fisher's costumer service.
