No-Hassle Returns - Within 30 Days
We hope that you will be pleased with your order, but if for any reason you are not, you may return it to us within 30 days for a refund, with the following exceptions:
How to Make a Return
Please contact us by email at email@example.com, to request a return authorization. You are welcome to return your order (given the conditions mentioned above) for any reason - even if you just changed your mind. Please include your full name (or order number) in the email, as well as a short note letting us know what items you would like to return. You can expect to receive our reply, and instructions for printing your pre-paid return label, within one business day. If you prefer to arrange return shipping on your own (and do not wish to receive a return label), just let us know in your return request. We will process a refund, to the original form of payment, when we receive the returned package.
Merchandise Received as Damaged or Defective
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please accept our apologies, and contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.
Product WarrantiesMany of our products carry manufacturer warranties against defects in workmanship. If you're having a problem with something that you purchased from us, please give us a call. We'll be happy to assist you with any warranty claim.
